"I am reading Juliet Cook's incredible chapbook "From One Ruined Human to Another" and I encourage you to get a copy and read it.

Juliet has a sincere and powerful voice. She pulls no punches and gives crystalline insights on not only her experiences but, I think, experiences of all daughters.

If we assume Juliet refers to herself as being a ruined person, I would argue that if she can create art as true as this, she is in no way ruined."
