Broadsides & Ephemera
Thursday, October 10, 7:00-8:30PM
This month we are featuring Juliet Cook! Juliet is a poet who has published many books of poetry, including her latest full-length book which is called "Malformed Confetti", as well as a chapbook called "Another Set of Ripped-Out Bloody Pigtails.  She is the editor of a one-woman indie press called Blood Pudding Press, which features poetry and arty little misfit offerings. Juliet runs a literary blog-style magazine called Thirteen Myna Birds, which can be found at http://13myna.blogspot.com . She considers herself to be a "glitter witch" and she is a fine connoisseur of the odd and extraordinary! Check out her website at https://julietcook.weebly.com/, and come check out her poetry tonight, then stay to share your own work at the Open Mic!

Broadsides & Ephemera is a spoken word showcase by and for local writers. A perfect environment for shaping, sharing, and improving your poetry, prose, song, playwriting and performance art. Come one, come all!
